A problem type of the ckrets.ai API, answered with 429. The answer is application/problem+json (RFC 9457) with type https://ckrets.ai/problems/rate-limited, title, status, detail and requestId. Branch on type, never on title.

#429: wait, then send the same request again

Wait Retry-After seconds and send it again; after three in a row on the same call, stop and read GET /v1/limits.
