idempotency-key-retired

A problem type of the ckrets.ai API, answered with 409. The answer is application/problem+json (RFC 9457) with type https://ckrets.ai/problems/idempotency-key-retired, title, status, detail and requestId. Branch on type, never on title.

#409: fix the request

That Idempotency-Key was used with three different requests and is retired: every request with it is refused, the right one included; a secret already made with it stands; use a new key.
